Mr. Zucker is a Co-Founder and Principal of Academy Partners. Mr. Zucker previously served as a Partner at Ares Management Corp and as Chair of the Ares Industrial Real Estate Group. He is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Black Creek Group, a Denver based real estate investment firm which was acquired by Ares Management Group in 2021. Mr. Zucker cofounded and served as Chairman of the Board of several industrial-focused real estate investment trusts and funds that owned, operated and developed warehouse and logistics assets in key markets across the US.
