Mr. Mulvihill is a Co-Founder and Principal of Academy Partners. He is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Black Creek Group, a Denver based real estate investment firm which was acquired by Ares Management Group in 2021. Mr. Mulvihill was previously the CFO of Dividend Capital Trust, director of DCT Industrial Trust, co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Corporate Properties of the Americas, co-founder and Chairman of the Board of American Real Estate Investment Corp., which became Keystone Property Trust and was acquired by ProLogis Trust. Mr. Mulvihill is a Co-Founder and serves as Chairman of the Board for Volley Automation.
